At the time i purchased hopefully its now fixed both amazon and the diono website stated that this booster seat is for children 30 pounds and up

I contacted diono customer service to confirm and after some research they got back to me and admitted that the owners manual is in fact correct and their website is wrong

His rear seat headrests are removable while mine are not

The small pull out storage piece is hard to pull out though i would likely leave it out rather than pulling it out and pushing in

There is only plastic and some batting in the cover

The back of it pushes the kids forward a little more in the seat which makes it look a little more cramped in the back of my jeep liberty but neither kid appears to have an issue with that
