Super soft and came exactly as pictured. This also washes well. It's really soft and comfy. It’s ridiculously soft, easy to wash.

This works perfectly. Perfect insert. Awesome support.

There's no indication that the item is new. Turns out, didnt need it, too small for baby in car seat. Basically a waste of money.
