I usually wear them only when the weather gets extremely cold because im sensitive to my breathing being restricted however i found that these breathe through a lot nicer than the type of fabric my other ones use though its at the cost of warmth really

I have an average sized oval shaped head and these fit nicely though i did feel like they encroached on my eyes a little bit more than im used to or would have liked
