Each box has two sets of three. Each set is in it's own shaped-to-fit plastic holder. They look great in the glass cylinder sconce.

These bulbs are bright and dim smoothly. The dimming feature works well with lutron dimmer switches. Great 2700k warm color (more to the brown color) lamp to go along with my new frank loyd wright style dusk to dawn sensor outdoor wall sconce.
