So i’ll start off by saying i recently converted all the lighting in my home to leds

Not white as yellow as the halogens i pulled out but by no means blue

On off they are fully off

On low they are dimmed by about 40 and if you look closely there is a slight strobing effect flickering but you have to look really really close to notice it
