Not only have my night sweats almost completely subsided, i no longer have daytime hot flashes. Also seems to have lessened the pmdd symptoms i experience. No headache.

Did not work. Might be my impatience. I suspect it's the bioperine (black pepper extract) in this. Thankfully amazon allows a return on this product.
