It was good quality but i got 2 sizes smaller based on reviews and i’m on 3rd row the first day so really make sure u check what soze you are and go a size smaller than that for results

I got the smallest size and i have a 23 waist and a 28 rib cage and i could put it on its tightest setting from the first time i got it and it still wasnt very tight

It is pretty obvious you are wearing it if you put it on under something tight so i wouldnt use this as shape wear
