Pros

The only downside is that it is not that intuitive to program. A basic cheat sheet is provided with the blocker. However, the unit is very intuitive once you get to work on the setup.

This product has greatly reduced our unwanted spam calls. It allows the desired calls to come through to my main system.

To fully block, it seems to me the best configuration is to add another phone system in parallel. I use a vtech cordless phone system where one unit feeds the other two handsets.

Cons

Digitone has serious problems with their qc! Too many to explain. This product has a lot of fancy features that are absolutely pointless.

Any call with a state name in it like that is junk. Have to wait for a second ring to consider answering in case it's a good number (usually spam that got through) no easy way to program it, and you have to do it all using your phone with the device i... Read More
