Pros

It is very easy to use and has not malfunctioned in any way. One thng i would like to see is a desktop holder that allows me to set the angle so it points directly at me when i am sitting at my computer desk. Ez to use.

There are a number of reviews complaining about poor or totally lacking customer support.

Digitone call block can block area code/exchange combos. Cons:- some spam still gets through.

The new one was installed in less than 5 minutes and works like a champ. This digitone pro series is on an entirely different and higher level.

Cons

Digitone customer service is often inexplicably annoyed, snarky. It now blocks most incoming calls whether friend or foe.

I’m a gadget freak and i like lots of features, but in this case this over-abundance of features get in the way. The ui is horrible, but usable.

That doesnt help with the new spammers changing numbers

All calls from the 321 area code with the prefix starting with the numeral 6 will be blocked and your phones will not ring

Price

I believe it is clearly worth the price

The ability to block entire area codes alone is worth the price

It is extremely easy to install and works fine right out of the box

I wired the main line coming into the house to the digitone and then wired all the house phones from the digitone

Two that weren’t legit were easily blocked

There are a lotof variables so it isnt simple to figure out
