Pros

The timer comes with a hook for a lanyard, three magnets on the back for fastening to ferrous metal. It has a fold-up hanger so you can put it on a hook. Magnets are good, but my $55 too expensive temper has better.

Button placement is more intelligent with the three alarm select * vertically arranged next to the corresponding displays. Alarms can be muted, medium or loud. I like that it has a loud beep so that we can hear it.

Cons

The magnets are very weak. Only issue is the stand is very flimsy. The one flaw i found is that if you decide to mount it using the magnets on back (which is what i planned to do) this doesn't work.

The timer rings three times and stops; other times it rings continuously. Its firmware is not intuitive and ittakes too many button pushes to program the timer functions. The timer is not strongly attached.

Overall this timer is good value i really cant complain too harshly about the price

This timer that i bought for about 13 does the same functions and is a much more reasonable replacement

I really liked my old timer i maybe sentimental but this is too much inflation for even me to accept

It also didnt cost to much to buy
