This adapter fits a standard toslink cable on the female side and a mini toslink connector on the male side very securely. The image is so defined now that i actually feel like perhaps i'm experiencing an acid trip. Works as intended.

These may need some burn in time mine were noticeably tighter in the low end after a few hours of rough use
