The magnets on the back allow you to hang it on the oven doorpanel while the probe stays in the meat while its cooking

Just insert the probe into the meat plug it into the base unit set the target meat and doneness or use the custom feature and set your temperature and then wait for the beep

To change from celsius to fahrenheit once the unit is on press and hold the s over t button

It will not remember the setting from onoffon again so youll get used to this or learn the celsius system
