Pros

I was really exited to get this little thermometer. It is easy to store, and it doesn't take up too much space in the drawer. Great price and fast shipping.

These are easy to overcooked, so an accurate thermometer is key. The display is easy to read, and the prong is way long enough for any meat you might cook. I know when it's safe to eat so my chicken isnt so darn dry!

Cons

As a note, i've now noticed this vendor does things that raise a red flag about being a reputable vendor. They sell this item at two different prices, which some vendors do hoping uninformed people in a hurry will pay the 3-10x higher price.
