Cons

If this thing is so easily burned out, it's not worth it. Buy two or three and throw them in a drawer, along with a spare battery or two.

The meter says zero volts. It fails continuity test,because the resistance would fluctuate in values when it is supposed to be straight out 0 ohms.

Unit was supposed to be a cen-tech unit that with higher capacities. They are cheaply made junk, and verge on being dangerous. They run the gamut from working acceptably for a while to being dead or partially dead right out of the box.

The 9v battery wiring was poorly soldered, the positive lead isn't even soldered in. A polyester capacitor is incompletely covered.
