Pros

I have gerd and ibs so it's hard to find enzymes that don't bloat me or make me constipated. These digestive enzymes are exceptional in that i’ve been able to eat again without having acid reflux or heartburn after i eat!

Cons

It feels more like a laxative. I get serious heart burn everytime i take it. Even when the jar is closed i can smell how bad it is every time i open my medicine drawer.
