As we get older its not as easy to digest drinking loads of anything whilst eating dilutes the digestive juices
They are certainly doing some good as i had had extremely loose stools almost diarhorrea for a couple of years and they are now normal

On reflection i decided that for resolving my extremely loose stools it was worth 4 stars my stools were back to normal after only a couple of days

Too soon to tell about the bloating as i have been quite bloated once since taking these
