Pros
A book that can literally make the world a better place is no small thing. It's a big book, occasionally a bit overwhelming, but so valuable. One of the most impressive books in my collection.
Every difficult conversation, they say, has three facets. By learning to understand and work within this structure, we can communicate better. Extremely in-depth and systematic look at difficult conversations.

It’s easy to read and sensible. Should be required reading to be human. Good read. Get read for anyone in hrm.

Asking a woman to apologize to her abuser is absolutely deplorable. This is the kind of book a speech class recommends, but doesn't really yield anything fruitful.
