Hi i have been having 2 of the shakes twice a day for less than 6 months now and i have gone down 3 dress sizes
I still have what i call my naughty days but it doesnt bother me as i still loose weight
I dont weigh myself as i go by the size of my clothes
The reason for this is when i tried to loose weighthe before i would get stuck after a while and not loose anything so i would give up
