The d. D 525 chain has my back. I like it so much better than with the 520 kit the previous owner had installed. Works great on the africa twin.

Came with a rivet link not a clip link. I got the rivet style, i had to get a special tool to install, however this is arguably a safer chain now.

Cons

Gets a one because it does not come with a rivet style master link. The hassle and down time created by this is unacceptable and completely avoidable. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Heavy duty quiet chain that comes well lubricated

The orings are quality and this chain works great on my bike

I have had a clip come off of a previous chain caught in my daily inspection before it failed so only run rivet if at all possible

In case you dont have a dremel or some kind of grinder count the links and just go through the returnreplace process
