Pros
Will monitor for long term quality. Contacted by dicuno customer service and offered replacement bulbs. This review has been edited.
New bulbs are very bright. Replaced the halogen bulbs with no issues. This by far is the best one, it has a rubber coating instead of a plastic cover.
Cons
Of the 10 bulbs have burnt out on regular use. Not a durable product. Stick with halogen bulbs.
Lights are very dim and get worse over time as rows of leds burn out. Flickering while switch is turned off. It's not very bright. The combined effect makes the light feel weak and unhappy, like a failing fluorescent bulb in a david * movie.

Updateafter discussing with the seller the seller offered a larger bulb that provides much better lighting

This item suppose to be a replacement for 40w halogen bulbs
I returned the bulbs for a different 60w replacement

These bulbs 4w are not bright at all

Of the 10 bulbs about 4 of them had a slightly dimmer and yellower colour than the rest
