I wish i didnt have to buy such a large quantity of it but its cheaper to buy 1 lb from amazon than 4 oz shipping from king arthur
The breads do not get stale fast at all either

Definitely needs a packaging upgrade but the product was great
It aids the yeast in digesting the sugar
