Pros

My feet feel locked into place on the petals. The pegs are just the right size and shape to give you the grip you need. They spin as well as the mg-1's and shoe grip is equivalent. Secondly, they're heavy.

Cons

The pedal surface is no bigger than the wellgo specials, because they are tapered heavily on both right and left. This burr basically ate the threads in my aluminum crank when i installed the pedal.

The left pedal has defective bearings. It's a pita and not a field repair. I stand by my recommendation until the manufacturer fixes the problem.
