Pros & Cons
Pros
For older kids i would probably recommend larger, taller bunk beds. Perfect for transitioning my 3yo out of his toddler bed and into his brothers room. It’s perfect for our upstairs bedroom.
The bed is very sturdy and works great. And it's a lot sturdier than was originally expecting! I have 2 very rowdy boys, and their friends, whom have put this bunk bed through everything, and it's still standing.
Easy to assemble and exactly as advertised. Comes with a standard 4mm (5/32) alan head. Took about 2 hours total with the help of my husband, they only give you one tool to help so be sure to have different allen wrenches handy.
The bunk bed mattress is made a little thinner and gives you the safety of the side rails. The stairs have enough angle to be easy to climb. The only downside is the ladder, it is hard on the feet and slippery.

They have a small room that they share and the frame doesn’t take up a ton of room like their last bed
