The shipping was done poorly and the box was damaged as well as a ding into one of the legs but to repack and ship the stools back for refund would be a huge hassle once the stools were removed from the box and the damage was assessed

I hope they choose a more reliable shipping company for delivery as it was very obvious when the box was delivered that it would be damaged
