Based on the price range and quality of the material you should not be disappointed.
For the value this is a very good product.
There were previous comments from others talking about a smell when opened, but i did not find this with the mattress i received.
With the futon on, it requires two ppl (one on the l + r) to work in unison to fold.
Price
It allows me much more room and was well worth the price.
Shipping
Still waiting on the band indentations from shipping to smooth out.
Packaging/appearance
I was thoroughly impressed with the packaging of this product.
Once the mattress was out of the package, it expanded immediately.
Competitiveness
I will probably add a 2-inch memory foam topper to it to add to the comfort level for overnight guests, but i'm very happy with it as is.

However, the sections where is pulls back the fabric does fall into the hole overtime and with use.

Avoid all dhp frames, as the frame is a horrible match for this really good futon.
