Pros
Protection honeycomb material feels like it will absorb a lot of energy. One downside at least for tucson is the shirt retains heat and may not be wearable in hotter weather. Fits perfectly over the shoulder.
Cons
No matter how delicately and gently you wash it, nomatter if you always air dry it and not throw to dryer, it's padding will worn out & breaks after 3rd time wash.

When you sweat the pads lightly stick to your skin and it is difficult to remove the shirt without breaking the seal that is created

Impact protection is harder to gauge but would be low to moderate since the pads are segmented and do not have a hard cover to spread and impact over a wide area
