Pros
The bed is super cute and works great for my daughter. The quality is super nice and looks amazing. The customer service was exceptional.
The bed comes in three boxes. Instructions are adequate for anyone who can assemble a lego set. You definitely need two people to assemble (finished in about 2. Hours) & kudos to the company support.
If taking up stairs alone, unbox downstairs and take a few trips. The drawers are very sturdy and great on their wheels.
Cons
Don't uses the bed if you are in a humid area. Instructions are minimal. No instructions. This bed is junk.
There are only 3 extremely narrow wooden slats to support the mattress. None of the drawers work correctly. The drawers uses wheels in the floor instead of a rail.
The screws themself are cheap. The headboard is wobbly. The bed creaks for days now.
