Pros
It stays put while using; no slipping and sliding around while in use. Board has a lip around it so the chopped items do not fall onto the countertop when chopping.
Easy to clean and store and makes chopping a bit easier. Can be put into the dish washer to clean.
Great design and, unlike oxo brand, is lightweight and sturdy. Love the raised handle so dribbles are less likely to spill.
This is my second one; after 3+ years, the old one was getting discolored and i'm picky. One of the simplest things now makes me super happy.
Cons
The non skid-feet elevates the entire board off the counter surface. The center portion of the cutting board is hollow on the underside. The four feet support each corner, but the middle is unsupported.

So many cycles of extreme heat along with daily cutting on the surface eventually resulted in a slight bow and a large crack in the center
