Pros

Good suction power, caster wheels are smooth as silk. Comes with useful attachments and has great suction. It is a little louder, but the suction is better.

Cons

Power gets to the motor for about 1 second then it shuts off again. The bracket that holds the filter in place is difficult to install, uninstall. The replacement motor for this is almost as much as the unit itself making replacing it pointless.

But the hose is stiff and of small diameter. I've never been impressed with its suction power.

So much for dependability and customer service. Brand-specific expendable supplies are the undisclosed cost of items that may appear to be a good buy at first.

I found amazon to be the best priced bags but do your homework and you might find bags at a lower price

Packaging/appearance

I actually saved money by buying a damaged box item and i really like it i wish the cord was a little longer but everything else is perfect

I have not used this yet and havent even unpacked it

I have not opened it yet to see how the bag is collecting

Competitiveness

Build quality is far superior to any of the cheaper options on the market and the lid fits nice and snug

I talked to amazon support then dewalt then alton industry who must make it for dewalt

You can get smaller replacement bags to fit inside the canister non brand ones
