The product in the picture is the banana flavored chewable. It is disgusting that they cannot (or simply refuse out of laziness and petty greed) find a way to formulate beneficial bismuth without the irritating additives like artificial flavorings.

But when i take this stuff every day my quality of life is so much better

I started with the minimum dosage of 1 tablet to see what if any effect it might have and voila

And once antibiotics killed the kidney problem the smell went away so i ended up not using the product

Unfortunately this combines with the symptom of continual colon spasms and results in an oily ooze throughout the day
