I love that they're vegan. They definitely help with my ibs-d. I take them with probiotics and enzimes and that makes the trick.
Cons

I was glad to find this a few months ago after searching for a vegan entericcoated peppermint oil capsule it seems that all of the others are made of gelatin

When i took this product with plain water as most people recommend i did get a mild burning sensation that seemed like heartburngastroesophageal reflux which i dont normally get

I think i might have low stomach acid and therefore the capsule will break down prematurely in the stomach unless theres an accompanying acid like coffee

So if you have any similar issues taking it with water this might be worth trying

That way when it starts to dispel in your stomach you can prevent an acid stomach by eating something bready or absorbent
