Pros
Works at gigabit speeds and with poe. The keystone seems a tad flimsy, but i haven't had any issues with them. There is no sagging and all ports have worked as expected.
Cons
Cat6 keystone connectors only. This is extremely disappointing because now i need to spend more time looking for the right product. Buy something else.

Works with my 12u rack and very convenient that i didnt have to insert new rj45 keystone jacks
I was hesitant on buying this because ive seen reviews saying that they received cat6 couplers instead of cat6a
The sheet metal in the back could use a bit of deburring but it isnt really surprising for the price
