And easier to tear off cleaning is also relatively simple with wet towels to wipe a few clean will not stick feet

We both have to wear socks over these at night to help keep them in place otherwise it would be five stars

Also it’s not as convenient to have to attach the adhesive strips to the pads

The only thing that could improve is there needs to be a bigger adhesive section it’s too small and it then leaks

Those work really great after wearing those i felt much better on the next day had more will to doo stuff nd was more active and because of that i slept much better following night would reccomend to anyone having issues sleeping of lack of will to do anything
