As a side note probably irrelevant to many including even the author i find deep symmetry among the philosophy offered in this book and the tenets of buddhism the tao te ching and advaita vedanta

However i do believe that ingesting this and other new knowledge can’t help but make changes to my brain’s innate activities which will cause me to adjust to that ‘knowing’ and act accordingly with better understanding of our human nature in regards to living in this world
