The nozzle did come with a rubber washer however upon threading the nozzle onto my hose it leaked at the connection

Fortunately i had ordered a 10 pack of rubber hose washers not expecting the nozzle to arrive with a washer

The washers in the 10 pack were more supple than the one that came with the nozzle

I ended up installing 2 of the other washers stacked upon each other and the nozzle connection to the garden hose was now leak free

This hose nozzle is not for everyone

If you dont have a lot of pressure supplying your garden hose then this unit is not for you

However if youre one of those who lack water pressure please dont buy this nozzle expecting it to be all that because you will be sadly disappointed
