So far i’m very happy with the item and it was easy to use
It comes with an extra whisk as well so in case something goes wrong with the 1st one you still have 1 to replace it
Aesthetically pleasing it goes with the rest of my utensils then again silver goes pretty much with everything

I washed it by hand i would not recommend sticking it in the dishwasher

Usually we have to put in loads of milk in the microwave to make four sets of hot chocolate but this one we just throw it all in and set it away and it’ll bleep to let you know it’s done
