But since the shaft is longer than the depth of my cabinets holes it is designed to fit into depth not diameter its kind of falling out just barely holding up the shelves

Make sure that the holes of your kitchen cabinets are 516 deep or the clips will be falling out despite having chosen the correct shelf width or shaft diameter size

Clips are a bit larger than the ones being replaced but they worked properly good fits make sure that you check the post diameter there are several and they are not interchangeable
