Pros

Easy to clean and sanitize, has no fabric or felt that would get wet with sweat. Adjustment wheel has holds in place even when i want to tighten it down snugly. This strap gives a nice snug fit and doesn't wobble on my head.

The strap is made of hard plastic and appears to be really durable. The tightening knob is durable as well.

Comes lense cover and face mask to keep light out. Lens protector is a nice freebie too! It also comes with a silicone face pad cover with flaps on the area where your nose goes.

Strap makes using vr way easier. When i take the silicone liner off and replace it with the one that came with the headset or nothing at all, i have no problems. Makes it much easier to adjust the fit/size of the headset for any given user.

Cons

This makes my quest 2 completely unusable. Couldn't figure this out and was getting a headache from wearing it.
