Good light ideal for model making the flexible neck stays where you place it only down side is the usb lead is not long enough bearing in mind you are clipping this to the front of a surface

The neck is strong enough to support the head if it is reasonably vertical but clipped to the side of my embroidery frame with the neck horizontal across my canvas it isnt strong enough to support the head

One point to note although this lamp is powered by usb it has no batteries of its own ive gotten used to things that plug into a usb charger actually charging like my phone
