Pros
Love the sliver under the white. Edging is trimmed very nicely, especially the rounded corners. My only complaint is the underside is yellow.
Cheap protection for a high traffic area on the expensive surface. It lays flat and is easy to clean. The pad also handles liquid very well. Easy to wipe up messes and no slip.
Great product. Aunt tina highly recommends. Love it.
Cons
Fake leather is a man made extrusion or foam that is compressed and marketed as whatever name they can legally get away with. I also now wonder if this would pass epa standards and if's potentially harmful to rest skin on.

The quality is good it feels durable and weighty and the edging is trimmed very nicely especially the rounded corners
I got glue on it once and that was not removable so i bought this one happy with the results of the old one lasting so long
Only issue is that it slips it comes with the snap long thing but it doesn’t help with the slipping

Packaging/appearance
Out of the packaging it tends to have a bit of a curl as it is shipped rolled but that settles out relatively quickly first week or two
