Pros

Dfh keeps me healthy & strengthens my immune system. This product is the one my kinesiologist recommends i take. I like that my foot cramping has stopped when i get into bed, since taking this daily supplement.

No issue. This provides it all. Highly recommend. Absolutely recommend these.

Cons

Metagenics phytomulti is a much better multi and does not upset my stomach. All the pills have the same discoloration. They go rancid fast if taken out of the bottle--big problem if you are like me and use a pill case to take your supplements.
