A terrific looking and well built holster. I personally have no need for a vertically positioned holster, but the page should be accurate. Great all leather holster.

It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. Just sayin. For professional use…. It’s all about a preferred choice.

The desantis thumb break scabbard is a great compromise between concealment and ease of draw. The design of the holster makes it easy to conceal under a normal t shirt.

This holster fits this revolver nice and snug and secure. The holster fits it like a glove. It is difficult to find a holster for a revolver period.

Desantis thumb break scabbard holster is well designed and made with quality leather. The stitching is well done, recessed, and tight throughout. Right out of the bag this looks like a pretty good piece of leatherwork.

Tried two full-size 1911 pistols (kimber and colt) with the same result. Desantis needs to relocate this device to some other part of the holster.

While attempting a draw, the knuckle of my right hand is jammed up against the tensioner. Leather molding around the trigger guard is far too acute and does not respond to break-in procedures.
