Ive used this for a g30 as well as a lc9s
It doesnt say here that it holds a g43 but the manufacturer website does but its a stretch
While the description says it will fit a g30 i dont advise it

You can leave it as is and it will go over the backstrap of the gun but this is really not right and it doesnt lend itself to easy release as it should

Great design as the flexible banding keeps your weapon firm up against your leg without printing unlike leather and kaydex versions the sheepskin backing felt broken in the first day i put it on just wished they would round the edges over on the corners but it breaks in after a few days
