Pros & Cons
Pros
The magenta is a stunning colour. I would happily buy the full set if packaged a little more affordably.
They go down in sheer layers so you have to build them up. They work great on larger areas and shading. I wish i had bought the artists instead of the coloursofts, but they are a bit more pricey. They go on smoothly and the colors really pop.
The fancy-schmancy wooden box that derwent do so well. Wonderful craftsmanship. Very happy with this for my detailing.
They are a bit pricier that prismacolor ones but are much more durable. The leads hold in the barrel when sharpening and don't seem to break as easy. I use an electric sharpener.
Cons
Derwent's artist, colorsoft, and inktense pencils are overpriced *. Crayola makes much better pencils for a fraction of the price! I have faber castell, and they are much better than these.

The pencils are built well and wider which makes for a comfortable grip
Prismacolors are vibrant but unless you constantly sharpen they simply aren’t good for that type of work
I didn’t like the hexagonal barrel they somehow felt like they were hard and cutting into my already calloused finger

I found a great price here so purchased this 12 set
I only give a 45 cause of the price tag but they are worth it in my opinion
