I personally took the plunge as i had the worst outbreak in a long time 20years of psoriasis and grew tired of repeatedly using steroid creams like dovobet as they’re known only to be a temporary fix
In addition i noticed my condition always improved after a week’s holiday in the sun and thought uv rays must be the factor
