Pros

The lower needle count makes a big difference. It comes in a nice case that helps to keep it sanitary.

Don’t use retinol right after or prepare for some extra sensitivity. It makes sense that the creams need a little help getting into your skin. This one really gets in and has taken all my acne scars away.

Without slick branding or packaging, it does the same thing as more expensive alternatives. It is easy to use.

Cons

The stainless steel needles are cheaper but they do not last as long. You might not be able to see that’s the needles are bent unless you have a magnifying glass. This derma roller is not 0.
