Pros
The video clarity is amazing on this camera. Other than being able to zoom at the horizon, i think it's a great little camera. This is a awesome camera it has great view from all angles.
Customer service is technically savy. Straightforward setup and install. Tilt and pan works great.
Software interface is intuitive and clean. The interface is a little clunky but they keep adding updates.
Cons
My camera does a random reset every few days. When the camera loses power or resets, it then tried to autofocus on the dome. That makes everything else extremely blurry. Latest app verson is better.

The price was good and the camera is great
Picture quality in day and night modes 960p is quite nice for the price

It is tricky if you have a 5ghz router but their customer service can get you through it
The app allows you to use it from all over the world
I had been looking for a ptz outdoor camera for a while that wasnt crazy expensive and had good reviews
The ptz cameras are in my opinion one of the best for the price that a dyi installer can purchase

Very impressed with the picture quality and the ability to view at home on my desktop and on my iphone although im still not sure why i have to open two windows just to see both cameras on my desktop

I have also added mics to both cameras and just today added an external speaker to both however ive had no luck getting the sound to work on the external speakers on either the mobile app or my desktop looks to just be just plug and play so not certain whats going on with the audio out function

Aside from my external sound issues and my total dislike of windows explorer my cameras work great and look fantastic around my home
