The matte black color is perfect and it looks and feels like a high dollar faucet. My only concern is if at this price i can trust that the oil rubbed bronze finish won't wear away before too long.

The seal is crap and i had to run the the hardware store to pick up some plumbers putty to stop all leaks

I installed in anyway because it is in our half bath in the basement which sees very little usage
