I tke care of my gram been trying all different kinds of brands the regular silhouette dont work for her leaks right not these hold her pee all night and keeps her dry very supprized always with purple bow in front come in second place

Also doesnt seem to hold full overnight

They make silhouettes which dont show as much fit tighter but they dont hold as much either i have had leaks with these and at gym that embarrassing
