These in the daytime, and the heavier ones at night. They prevent yellow stains and also keep me from having a damp spot to deal with. They do absorb a little bit of moisture, which is what i needed.
Cons
Light for drips and dribbles. Never again.
When trying to remove the pads from white briefs, the pad disintegrates and half the glue stays on the brief. The glue literally comes off and sticks to whatever it's touching.
Tena medium absorbency pads are much better. It should be called extra or no absorbency. I have to tear open the pouches that hold the pad instead of opening a light seal that allows the pouch to be saved and used for disposal of the pad.

One of the problems though is that often a part of the shield adhesive remains stuck to the undergarment

Buy a can of wd40 spray apply a small amount to the stuck area wait about a minute and the adhered part will falloff
